Users are solely responsible for the surveys and content they create or submit. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Vottally a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Vottally does not review or endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

All intellectual property related to the Vottally platform, including software, branding, design, and content (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to Vottally and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information. By using Vottally, you consent to such practices.

Vottally may rely on third-party services (such as authentication, hosting, analytics, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
